Who exactly is Harper? Does she have an IM accounts?
Harper is Anxiety's second owner, and a good friend of Tyler's. More information on her can be found on the about page.
If you're concerned with why she can't have any instant messaging services, it is because her mother doesn't allow her to have them. Plain and simple.
Why didn't we get accepted for _______?
If it was for Affiliation, then you should have gotten either a generic/unspecific rejection email, or possibly no response at all. If you're still unsure, then we can give you more specific reasons upon your request.
If it was for Link Exchange, then you should know that Anxiety doesn't offer that type of linking. We will not/never make any exceptions.
