Dead///

This layout features Dante from the game Devil May Cry. It was created with Adobe Photoshop CS2, with a tables code, generated in Adobe Imageready (which was then later edited in Notepad). It is best viewed in a screen resolution of 1024*768 and up, but can be viewed in 800*600 screens as well. It was a collaboration between Justin & Harper.

Justin's Comments: Well I started out with this simple, patterned piece with a few brushes and some text. I sent it to Harper to see if she could add to it. Thank God she did, because without what she's done this layout would be sent to the recycle bin(story of my designing talents). Harper also did the CSS and positioning. Without her I think I would have failed. She's a life saver. :)

Harper's Comments: I have to say, this is probably 90% Justin's layout and 10% mine, mainly because he just tossed it to me for some tweaking. I settled with rearranging images and adding brushes for polishing. Honestly, I'm moreso a fung-shwei type of collab partner. :P
And even though coding this wasn't that hard, it was still a pain. :/

Installation

Here's an extremely brief guide to installing a layout. If you have any further questions, feel free to head over to Anxiety's or Station's contact page and ask them.
  • First, download the file from the main layout page.
  • Upload the zip file to your server and unzip the files.
  • Next, open the html page and edit the designated areas, like the navigation, content area, and introduction box (if there is one). And you're all done.
